§1 | Scope

The following conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and services of Alphadreams - Sticker Shop. They also apply to all future business relations even if they are expressly agreed upon again. Deviating terms and conditions of our contract, we expressly disagree. Any additional agreements or amendments to these conditions are not effective unless confirmed in writing by us.

§2 | Contract

We acknowledge receipt of each sticker order immediately. However, a binding purchase agreement is not concluded with the receipt, but only with the explicit acceptance of the order in writing or by sending the stickers.

§3 | Delievery Stickers / Labels

Delivery dates or deadlines for sticker orders that can be agreed as binding or not binding, must be in writing.

We strive to process orders sticker on the same day if ordered labels / stickers are in stock. If stickers or labels need to be reordered, or come from overseas, delivery may occur by two weeks.

If a decal ordered is no longer available in our manufacturers or suppliers or delivery problems occur due to force majeure or due to circumstances that we are not responsible, they will be informed immediately. In this case we are entitled to because of the unfulfilled portion completely or partially withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded immediately.

Is an ordered labels / stickers no longer available or the supply lasts longer than two weeks after the appointment, you will be informed immediately about it. In this case, you have your part right to withdraw because of the unfulfilled part of all or part of the contract. Maybe done Payments will be refunded immediately.

To make partial deliveries and partial services are justified. Damages for delay may only be required if the delay is based on intent or gross negligence. In each case are given at the time of the order price. Our prices are in EUR and include the applicable TAX / §19 UStG. Shipping costs are not included in the prices.

§6 | Payment Stickers / Decals

Transfer
After your order you receive a cash in advance calculation with our bank connection by e-mail. The stickers remain 7 working days for you aloof. As soon as we can register the payment entrance of the whole invoice amount on our account, we send your order.

PayPal
Pay simply and certainly with PayPal. After successful payment by PayPal you receive a summary of your sticker order by e-mail. The stickers remain 7 working days for you aloof. On the payment via PayPal fees result at the rate of 0.95 EUR. As soon as we can register the payment entrance of the whole invoice amount on our account, we send your order.

Cash on delivery
Pay the invoice amount only with the delivery of your order. On the payment cash on delivery fees result at the rate of 7.95 EUR (incl. VAT). The payment cash on delivery is possible only in Germany.

Gift voucher
Simply pay with a gift voucher. Give moreover please your personal voucher code on the payment. We credit a perhaps resulting rest credit to you.

§7 | Withdrawal

a) Withdrawal
You may cancel your contract within 88 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the decal / sticker. Important! The return via Standard-mail is free for you. Please stamp the return yet sufficient - insufficient will not be accepted by us. The cost of your return will be refunded to you by us.

§12 | Salvator Clause
